2. Services

Aveline provides the following services under written agreement:

  • Property management. Tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, owner reporting, maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, and inspections for residential and small commercial properties.
  • Operations consulting. Advisory on operating procedures, documentation, vendor and contractor frameworks, reporting systems, and transition planning for owners who manage their own portfolios.

Aveline is not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed real estate brokerage, and does not provide legal, tax, or brokerage services. Clients requiring those services are advised to consult the appropriate licensed professional.

3. Engagements

All services are provided under a written management or consulting agreement signed by both parties. The written agreement defines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, fees, and any terms specific to the engagement. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. Fees and Billing

All fees are quoted, invoiced, and billed in United States dollars (USD). Fees are set out in each client's written agreement. Payment is due according to the schedule stated in that agreement. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Aveline does not store card details.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation rights are governed by each client's written agreement. In general:

  • Fees for consulting work not yet performed at the time of cancellation are refundable.
  • Fees for management services already rendered, and third-party costs already paid on a client's behalf, are non-refundable.
  • Management agreements may be terminated with the notice period stated in the agreement.

Refund requests may be submitted to info@avelinemanagement.net and will receive a response within five business days.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information about their properties and operations, to maintain required insurance on managed properties, and to respond to requests needed to complete the work in a timely manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aveline's total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Aveline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where a signed agreement states otherwise.
